My biggest issue has been that our apartment didnt seem like it had a lot of maintenance done when we moved in- we have been put in multiple repair service orders to fix our lock, to unclog our bath drain, to fix the doorstoppers back on the walls, to grease our hard-to-slide patio door, to unclog our dishwasher, to fix two loose cabinet doors, and to change the outlet jack so it would be ...accessible with our cable. We had to a LOT of maintenance requests and its disappointing it wasnt addressed beforehand. Additionally we didnt like not having a light fixture in our bedroom.
