Worst Service & management
June 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comAs long you get apartment on other place please don't come here on this property they just west your time and money. they are not interested for leasing they are that much lazy for review your application for that they need 5 weeks even then also you don't get reply and you have to call & call but not getting response for your application. I have an really bed experience.

They said we would help you, then start the online application after payment, but they delayed the process, and there was no proper response when she called, and just wasting time and passing the days after 2 weeks, still they said they hadn't seen the application, and they ask do you want to cancel the application and they didn't even return the money and worst experience. Not What I'd Hoped
November 22, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comComplex itself is fine, dated, but fine. The Amenities are trying to be decent, but the workout equipment is mostly broken and the pool area is always filthy. The problem is the people. Not from middle Georgia and not sure what I was expecting, but the people here are trash. NO ONE picks up after their dogs. Tons of trash around because people are too lazy to pick up after themselves. No accountability. A "friendly reminder" text isn't going to get people to pick up dog poop. ...Maintenance is also a joke. Took 5 tickets to get them to realize there was a leak inside of a wall and they still never fixed it. Good luck to whoever has to fix that damage down the road.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

I never had any pest issues, my neighbors were nice and quiet, it was located around grocery stores, gas stations, nail salons. The leasing staff was very polite. The only reason I left was due to the increase in rent and my pay was not increasing at work. If I could I would move back here without hesitation!Property Manager Responded
