I have lived at Three Fountains for going on five years. I hope to live here for many years to come as it is a wonderful apartment complex. I live on the second floor, and I rarely hear my neighbors below or above me. Maintenance is excellent. Whenever I have put in a request, it’s generally taken care of the same day. The buildings and the grounds are also kept very clean. Lastly, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The apartments, buildings, and grounds are kept beautifully. Maintenance here is the very best. The thing that is lacking is friendliness and courtesy of certain office staff. I, as well as others I know, have been treated rudely on occasion by a staff member. There seems to be an attitude of policing residents rather than serving them.
Therefore, if there is one thing here that I believe should change it is a more resident (people) friendly reception in the office.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the hallways and grounds are continually kept in the highest order. Also, the residents seem to genuinely care for each other. In addition to secure paid parking, a beautiful pond with amazing water fountains, and extensive amenities - the Three Fountains staff show genuine concern for the comfort and happiness of their residents. I absolutely LOVE it here!!

Three Fountains has been our home for almost six years. Our need for community, cleanliness and occasional maintenance repairs have bee met. There’s a lovely park in the center of the buildings which adds a real at-home feel. I highly recommend.

I’ve lived in apartments throughout my adult life. This is by far, the best place I’ve ever lived in, or seen, in the Albuquerque Metro area. The prices are very reasonable. The apartments are huge and laid out well. There’s no noise from my neighbors here and everything is so beautiful!
The staff is very kind and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure whenever I speak with them. They’re always helpful and so are the maintenance staff.

They charge you more than your lease

I wish I can give 0 star. They charge you more than what is stated on the lease. The manager does not help at all. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not live there!

I moved here almost two years ago from a colder climate and have been extremely happy to have made this my home. The maintenance here is quick and top notch, the grounds are lovely, the apartments are quiet with minimal sound traveling between apartments and the office staff is friendly. And my knees love that it is an elevator building!

I have been here for two years. The office staff are all helpful, kind and efficient.
The maintenance staff keep the buildings clean and repairs are made quickly. The property, lawns, pools, etc. are clean and neat. The prices for rent are unbelievable compared to other apartments I looked at and lived in prior to learning about Three Fountains. Parking and storage are big assets. The halls are quiet, the laundry rooms have new washers and dryers and as soon as the Pandemic is gone, the ...
activities will be available again. You don't have to go outside for mail, emptying trash or to recycle. I highly recommend it.

The heated pool goes hand in hand with my physical therapy and is helping me make this the most healthy year to come.
I have met several of my neighbors and pool buddies and everyone has been so positive and upbeat...such a great environment!
