so many problems.
April 24, 2023where to start.. Management, obnoxiously rude office manager... called me a liar to my face over her own mistake on a bill. She also sends discourteous text messages to the entire complex threatening to take away services such as the weight room becuase someone left the door open or unlocked. Air conditioner works only when they want it to work which was fine when this was a utilities included place but now they charge for utilities.. so I don't get to choose what I spend money on... if I'm ...paying for utilities then I should have the option of ac all year long. Even in the winter it was over 80 degrees in my upstairs apt and I didn't turn on the heater once. laundry facilities are hit or miss on which washer MIGHT work and take your money. This place isn't good if you have a fixed income because rent keeps going up. They also double charge and I've had triple charges for things on your rent so you have to make sure every month that your bill is right before you pay it and even if something is wrong and you ask them to fix it and they take their time you WILL still be charged a late fee for not paying your bill even though it was incorrect in the first place. Don’t do it
July 11, 2021This is a a horrible apartment to rent at. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone! 2 months no air, water leaking from roof “which was not an emergency”, roaches, they left a huge hole in my roof for 3 days before they could patch it up. Left my apartment exposed to the attic of the building. In a 2 month span in and out of my apartment countless times, work order after work order. You get what you pay for, don't do it
July 18, 2019Inspections every other month, without a given reason. When asked about it, they either don't have a reason or it'r for pest control, which they should state in their notices. They wouldn't have the bug problem if they didn't have hoarder tenants. Thieves galore. I have had almost all of my outdoor plants stolen. Trash everywhere. This place is cheap, with utilities included. Those are literally the only PROS to living here. Unfortunately low cost brings out the lower class people. Drug deals ...going down in the parking lot, hoarders for neighbors, domestic abuse to keep you up at all hours, unsupervised children constantly running amok.
