May 23, 2025I have been here for around 6 months and I am pleased. The sidewalks are awesome, along with the dog bags and trash cans throughout. The maintenance people have been respectful, quick, and fixes the issues. You can request service on the app. I’m able to pay rent, register guest parking, talk with the neighbors on the app. The office is very helpful, communicative and open often. They do giveaways, have a lounge, a study area, a free coffee/hot chocolate machine, and little dog treats for you ...to grab on your walk. They have a pool, a laundry room, multiple dumpsters, and an exercise room. People do leave dog poop on the ground. I can hear people above me sometimes. My unit didn’t come with a microwave. Getting the furniture up to the second floor was a HUGE chore. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms so I had to buy lights. There are a few different units though, so this could be exclusive to mine. I’m bad with names but I’ve had great experiences with Alyssa and Indio Red Elk.Property Manager Responded

The apartment is beautiful and my 4 year old loves his big room, he was so excited to see it and playing in it. From the start, the staff was very helpful and welcoming they even offered us something to drink and made sure we felt at home right away. The apartment is clean, quiet, and comfortable.
