January 31, 2025Great location, I think it's in a convenient spot for me. Been looking at some of the reviews, I think the property manager we have now is definitely new. She's great, extremely helpful and easy to work with. My building neighbors are easygoing, makes living here so much better. Don’t do it
August 25, 2020Our AC hasn’t worked properly for about 2 months now. After the tech comes it works for maybe a week if lucky. My wife and kids have left maybe 4 times now because the apartment is too hot. We should be be sweating like pigs in the bedroom or living room. The AC unit looks like it’s the one from when the complex first got built We have been waiting for 2 days for the tech to come again but so far he hasn’t. July 20, 2019I have been without actually all week. Not to mention we are in heat advisory. I've been given the run around all week. I tried to help by offering to pay for an account guy and even buy an a window unit. I was told I wouldn't be re-enbursed. I asked what if I had a heat stroke? They pretty much said "oh well"! Don't do it unless you're desperate for a low price
May 20, 2017Management changed for the 6th time in 2 years. Every management team with different payment methods. Pool is green and washers and dryers haven't worked in over a year. It's become considerably more and more full of people who steal. I've had a tire punctured, a bbq pit stolen, my plants and pottery stolen, I give up. Good size for the price, but mixed residency balance
