The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the reservation may be canceled immediately and a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged. [SI]
