Compass Point 310 is designed with comfort in mind, featuring spacious sleeping arrangements including a king-size bed and two queen beds, complemented by a cozy sofa bed. The condo’s balcony offers a tranquil spot to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the stunning water views. Features include air conditioning, heating, a balcony, a grill area, and a pool. Parking is limited to 2 cars and the parking fee is included in the total amount. No additional parking is available. Local attractions include Waterville USA 2.8 km, Gulf Shores Golf Club 2.9 km, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo 3 km, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier 4.1 km, The Wharf 9.5 km, The Wharf Amphitheatre 9.9 km, and Adventure Island 12.4 km. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5 pm, and guests may experience construction noise during this time. The outdoor pool is still operational and beautiful. There is a security camera/recording device outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. [SI]
