No evictions in the past 7 years. No felonies in the past 5 years. A valid Tax ID or Passport is accepted. Section 8 is not accepted for this property. No more than one bankruptcy over 2 years old. A credit score of 600+ is preferred for at least one lease signer. Applications must show at least two months' rent available in cash or bank accounts.
