The farm has 24 acres of total land. There are about 13 acres in pasture and the rest is woods and walking trails with a full dressage arena. This farm is adjacent to the Kanuga Conference Center land (not the bike trails) and about 15 minutes from Dupont State Forest. We are asking 1800 per month with a minimum 6 month lease and all utilities are included(electric, water, internet, washer, dryer). This is perfect for one or two people.
