It features a spacious living area, well equipped with modern technologies and cozy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make it suitable for leisure and remote work getaways. You can also enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps installed. An emotional support animal may incur a pet fee. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
