The apartment features a spacious living area, fully equipped with modern technologies and cozy furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, catering to both quick snacks and elaborate meals. The elegantly furnished bedrooms provide serene retreats. You can also enjoy a smart-TV with streaming apps installed. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is charged based on stay length and collected separately. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. Additionally, the area is rich in cultural festivals, art markets, and historic sites, offering endless opportunities for cultural immersion. Just a block and a half away, the famous streetcars provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
