Pets are welcome with an extra one-time fee per pet per stay. Located in one of Frisco’s most desirable areas, this apartment offers safety, convenience, and proximity to the best of the city. It is minutes from The Star, Legacy West, Stonebriar Mall, PGA Frisco, and Toyota Stadium. Corporate guests will appreciate being near major hubs like Toyota North America, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, Capital One, FedEx Office Headquarters, Ericsson, and T-Mobile. Nearby essentials include grocery stores, gyms, pharmacies, medical centers, cafes, and dining. Exterior entry areas may have security cameras and indoor noise monitors to prevent disturbances. No conversations are recorded. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time.
