The condo features air conditioning, a balcony, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor pool, a garden view, a fireplace, and a fitness room. Parking is available with passes that must be purchased onsite for $25 each. If you arrive after hours, you may check in the next morning. Beyond the beach, this condo’s central location places you moments away from championship golf courses, trendy shopping districts, and popular Gulf Shores hotspots. Explore local dining, enjoy water sports, or simply relax for an unforgettable beach getaway. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Same-day late check-ins require host approval.
