Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center & MGH, and Boston Medical Center & Tufts Medical Center are also nearby. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. Smoking or partying violation will result in a $1000 fine. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their IDs. Lost key fob will result in a $100 fine.
