The Genoa comfortably sleeps 4 guests in beds, with extra sleeping accommodations for 2 guests on a sofa bed. Community amenities include a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a fitness room. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. A welcome basket is provided to get your stay started, complete with extra toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen trash bags, and more. Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability. Airport transfers, baby gear (crib, high chair, or stroller for $250 + tax), luxury welcome packages, and extra cleaning services are available for an additional charge. Travel insurance is available for 7.65%. Located in the Green Links Community, this rental is highlighted by the resort-style pool and hot tub. The resort is just minutes away from Naples' sunny beaches, downtown's 5th Avenue South district, and popular shopping and dining destinations. It's a short 9-mile drive to Naples downtown 5th Avenue S and the wonderful beaches of Naples, and 11 miles north of Marco Island. No pets are allowed. No events or parties are allowed at this house. The maximum number of guests allowed at this property is 6, for both overnight stays and during the day. Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details after making a reservation for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Initial supplies of household items like toilet paper and paper towels are provided to start your stay, but guests are expected to purchase their own when they run out. Shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, and facial tissues are not included. Maid service can be arranged for an additional charge. Gas for the BBQ is generally provided as a half tank; replacement tanks are the guest's responsibility, or a staff member can purchase one for a $75 service charge. If you run out of gas for the BBQ, you can purchase a replacement tank at the local Walmart, gas station, or hardware store. If you need a member of our staff to do this for you, there will be a $75 service charge. If you are staying in a condominium, the Association will generally provide gas for the community BBQ. Guests are encouraged to arrange pool heat in advance of arrival and are obligated to pay a per diem rate for the duration of their reservation. If pool heat is requested after arrival, it may take 48 or more hours to heat, and a special trip charge may apply for staff to turn on heating equipment. Pool heat charges are for utility and water consumption and use of pool-heating equipment, and water temperature is dependent on external weather conditions. Pool heaters may not operate if the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F. Pool heat charges are generally non-refundable, except in the case of total equipment failure. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in a generally clean and tidy manner throughout their stay, including taking out trash and cleaning dishes. Initial supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and kitchen trash bags are provided. Guests will need to purchase additional items when they run out. Garbage and trash collection: Guests are responsible for picking up and disposing of their own trash in outdoor garbage bins or at designated locations. In single-family homes, guests are responsible for putting trash bins out at the curb on scheduled pickup days. Collection days will be posted in the property and included with check-in instructions. Overflowing and excessive trash accumulation may be subject to an additional charge. In condos, there is typically a designated place outside the unit for disposing of trash. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property and possessions. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted parking spaces. Street or curbside parking is not customary and is often considered a nuisance. Guests are responsible for any damages, injury, or nuisance to others, and additional cleaning incurred if a pet is brought to the property without authorization. If a pet violation occurs, guests will be ordered to vacate immediately with no refund and will be penalized. Guests are responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing items, unreported broken or damaged items, failure to obey check-in/check-out times, exceeding the number of registered guests or visitors, hosting unauthorized gatherings, possession of illegal substances, excessive cleaning or trash removal, failure to return keys or passes, soiling of bedspreads or carpeting, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized use of pool/spa heater, unsanitary or inappropriate use of the swimming pool/spa, violation of the no-smoking policy or leaving behind offensive odors, violation of the pet policy, or furniture relocation. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and the party will either not be permitted to check-in or will be ordered to vacate. Misrepresentation of age, number of guests, hosting an unauthorized party, using false identity, fraudulent payment methods, lack of payment, use of the property for illegal activity, or being at the property outside of the specified time period are considered falsified reservations with intent to defraud. The manager reserves the full right to order all persons to promptly vacate the premises and may press charges and seek penalties for damages. Guests are prohibited from hosting any special event, wedding, party, reception, or gathering of people. Only registered guests are permitted on the property or its grounds. Special events, weddings, parties, or receptions may be accommodated at special vacation rental properties at an extra charge under a separate contract. The manager may abruptly terminate a guest's continued use of the property, without refund and at further penalty, for failure to vacate when ordered.
