Children under 48 inches high are always admitted free, so bring the kids and watch as they gaze in wonder at the Lock's Akron Marble Museum, located just steps from the main stage. For the adults, the museum also collects various pieces of Akron lore from days gone by, and the weekend-long farmer's market has attained such legendary status that produce fans from surrounding cities make the trip to attend. And fear-not winter month dwelling apartment-ite! Lock 3's ice skating rink comes into play from November to March, with skate rentals on-site, warm cups of cocoa for all, and enough good cheer to melt even the chilliest of dispositions.
