There is a one-time, refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per cat and $35 monthly pet rent per dog. A completed Pet Application along with a current picture of your pet(s) and veterinary records are required to add your pet(s) to the lease. One-Time Pet Fee $350-$350 - We are a pet friendly community at Concord Park at Russett! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $350.00 pet fee per pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $35.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact us at the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees. You'll be happy to know that we allow dogs of all sizes, but do not allow the following breeds or dogs mixed with any of these breeds:

One-Time Pet Fee $300.00 - Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed one (1) pet per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.
