PLEASE READ LISTING -- WOMEN'S SOBER LIVING HOME -- DOUBLE OCCUPANCY BEDROOMS/SHARED BATHROOMS -- Welcome to 713 Biddle Rd, a fully furnished and welcoming women’s sober living home in the heart of Glen Burnie, MD—now available for immediate move-in. This beautifully updated home offers a structured, supportive, and substance-free environment designed for adult women actively working on their recovery journey. Our home features double-occupancy shared bedrooms, each resident provided with a comfortable bed, personal storage cubbies, and closet space. Shared bathrooms and inviting communal areas—including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and modern finishes—foster a sense of connection, community, and accountability. The finished basement adds flexible common space for meetings, quiet reflection, or group activities. A live-in house manager is always on-site to provide support and ensure a respectful, recovery-focused atmosphere. All utilities are included, along with high-speed internet, a communal TV, bedding, linens, and cleaning supplies, so residents can focus fully on their recovery. This is not a lease-based living arrangement—residents sign a bed license agreement, which secures their bed as long as the weekly bed fee is paid and house rules are followed. Residents are welcome to stay as long as they need and are free to move out at any time. House Rules & Resident Expectations: 1. Zero tolerance for drugs and/or alcohol; residents agree to random drug testing as requested by staff. 2. Weekly bed fee is due in full every Monday. 3. Participation in daily/weekly chores is required. 4. Residents must be actively working on their sobriety with weekly meetings and must actively support one another’s recovery. 5. Residents must read and sign the Bed License Agreement. 6. Meeting with the house manager and a passed urine drug test are required prior to move-in. 7. Residents must adhere to curfew and be actively working, attending school, or volunteering full-time. They must be able to private pay their bed fee. 8. No pets allowed. 9. Smoking is permitted in the backyard only. 10. No guests are allowed inside the home.
