April 28, 2025I love living here but the rents are getting too high for many of us to afford. It’s supposed to be a gated community with a swimming pool but that has not been the case for many months. Very disappointing.Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2025Very nice experience to live here. You feel it, it’s great for the kids, for the adults, for who want to enjoy the life in a nice place. So close to the beach and the Whole Foods is across the street. So nice. I’d suggest to everyone. It’ll be even better once the pool is renovated :) Just make sure you’ll get a stainless steel appliances. Our appliances are very old and they’re not willing to replace them.
