Aquahart Manor Apartments definitely have a stellar representative in property management with Ms. Sulma. She is very actionable on taking care of issues within the community, and, within reason, she is very understanding of life’s challenges with her tenants. Exceptional performance
January 17, 2022I have lived here in this community for 1 year and I have received the same kindness from day one to current date, the managers, maintenance workers are great and your problems are addressed in a timely manner. The parking is the only issue I have with Southern management. Well there's a worker that stands out in the crowd his name is TERRY, I have noticed on snow days 4AM, 5AM, 6AM he is outside by himself shoveling the sidewalks for us to be safe. He is outside by himself today 01-17-2022, ...shoveling salting, and he is friendly still while doing all this. He helps us in any situation if possible and always has the same demeanor each and every time you see him.Property Manager Responded

Great customer Service
August 26, 2020Since, I got here to the community 3 months ago, I have been treated with respect. Being a Veteran it feels good that the management (Mr. Roberto) / ( Ms. Alexis) and maintenance care for us. They have help me numerous times and I am thankful for it. The cleaning lady Maria is great, she cleans the hallways really good and maintenance is prompt to respond to any concerns.Property Manager Responded

Great management but declining quality of tenants and increase in crime
July 9, 2018Love the management. They're the best I've encountered. Apartments are older so there is quite a bit of noise, but some of the new tenants are extraordinarily loud. It's no longer safe here either. Cars have gotten broken into and packages get stolen. It's a shame because this used to be a really nice area and if it weren't for the people this would be great.Reseña de Apartments.com

September 23, 2015Glen Burnie itself has something for everyone in all areas of interest and needs! Restaurants, casual and fine, shopping of all kinds, from mom-and-pop businesses to department stores and popular chain stores and everything in between! Aquahart Manor Apartments have beautifully maintained grounds and common areas as well as a very nice-sized pool for the hot summer days along with prompt and well-done snow removal in the winter months. The apartments are pet-friendly and larger in their square ...footage than comparable apartments in the area.. Halls and stairwells cleaned regularly and maintenance issues handled very promptly and properly by their friendly, knowledgeable staff, both in the leasing office and on the property. August 16, 2015The area is okay despite what I have been told and the neighbors are very respectable and friendly. When I first moved in I didn't have a lot of issues with anything the maintenance and front office seemed to be on top of everything including birthday gifts, breakfast, and pool and pizza parties. The room itself is comfy and somewhat spacious, the laundry facility is easy and safe to use and Im located near several bus stops and shops.Reseña de Apartments.com
Great Management, quiet neighbors, decent space
August 16, 2015I've been living here for 2 months now in a one bedroom apartment, and I'm really happy with my choice. Any time I have any sort of issue or question I don't hesitate to call management and they get on it right away. I looked at other places in Baltimore, and eventually decided on this place because parking here is free and driving here is a lot easier. I'm 10 minutes way from Arundel Mills mall and 3 minutes away from Marley Station mall and 15-20 minutes from BWI airport (which you don't have ...to enter the highway to get to and so traffic is generally great at any time of day). The apartment itself has plenty of room, central air (where you decide the temperature), and I've never had an issue with noisy neighbors. This was also the only apartment I looked at that had access to Verizon instead of just Comcast for cable/internet. The bathroom, at least in my room (and I assume all), has a linen closet and the sink also has a cabinet under it. The oven/range is gas. There's a laundry room in every building (so you never have to walk to another building to do laundry) and every apartment also gets allotted an extra closet space (which has quite a bit of space) in the laundry room. August 8, 2015I searched for over a month for an apartment that would make me feel like I lived in a castle or a small private island. In the middle of a quiet residential area tucked away.
