DO NOT LIVE HERE
August 20, 2019If you see any reviews that aren't one star on here, I'm betting they are fake. Some people said only stay here as your last resort, but for your sake, don't even do that. Live on the streets before considering moving into this place. It isn't worth the price. Here's what will happen if you consider this apartment complex. They will bring you in to show you the place and will show you a show room that they prepared just for viewings. Then on your move in day you will open the door to a dirty, ...dusty apartment with the paint peeling off the walls and cockroaches and beetles all over and things falling apart. Then if you continue to live here and you do the checklist and mark everything that is in poor condition, don't expect that to do anything. When you move out they will make you pay for everything. I don't know what they do with that money, but it clearly doesn't go to fixing the apartment you lived in. If you try to terminate your lease early there is nearly 2k in fees you'll have to pay. Then they will take your whole deposit and say you owe them more money because of the damage "you caused" even though it was there when you moved in. Just save yourself the trouble and live anywhere but here (unless you're looking for a place with cockroaches and a bad landlord).Property Manager Responded

Worst place I've ever lived
September 11, 2018I lived here for a year and a half and honestly it's the worst place I think i've ever lived. There's cops there every day, gang fights in the parking lot almost weekly, the place is dirty and maintenance doesn't do anything about it. There's a closet in the hallway that was filled to the brim with trash !! It started to smell and instead of cleaning it, management dead bolted the door and PAINTED OVER IT !!!! my boyfriend and I brought this up to management multiple times and nothing was ...done about it. We were told it's a maintenance closet... filled with garbage.. ohk. There are roaches in every apartment. It's over priced garbage if I were you I would save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

10/10 would not recommend
November 7, 2017I've lived here for a little over a year now. Have never really had any problems with the complex until it was sold to a new company. The new staff is extremely rude. They talk to you like you are stupid and don't care about the complex at all. Since they've taken over the upkeep of the complex has been let go but the price of the units have increased. The hallway floors and walls are covered in stains, the stairwells are filled with trash, and a majority of the time no one picks up after their ...pets because there are never any dog bags avaible to use.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

November 27, 2015This apartment's management took my money with my app, rented out the apartment I reserved, took back their approval and told me now I'm denied (because they didn't have an apartment for me), and threatened to call the cops on me when I asked to whom I could speak about a refund. This was a joke - they gave me the run-around for a week, promising me I'd be able to sign a lease this week, and then at the last minute, rescinded all of their promises, threatening me and bullying me into leaving. I ...want the office manager Yolanda's employment with the company terminated and I want my full $290 back immediately. From my Home, to Yours
August 4, 2015Look no further for your next home; Aviator Apartments offers a quality of lifestyle, you won't find anywhere else. The grounds are beautifully kept, and clean, while the pool and common areas offer relaxation and fun for children and adults alike. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and never hesitate to go the extra mile for their residents. They were a large part of the reason we chose to live here. Also, the residence is very family oriented, with 'movie nights' and BBQ's in the ...courtyard. My apartment is gorgeous, with a TON of space. Not to mention, it is absolutely peaceful and serene. An extremely quiet area with neighboring elementary schools, it's the perfect place to live for anyone wishing to avoid loud noises, or chaos. The Aviators - "professionally ran trinity owners "
July 22, 2015I currently reside at the Aviator apartments. Let me start by saying the apartments inside look beautiful....but looks can be deceiving. I moved in when I was nine months pregnant and was so excited to have my baby be somewhere I thought was safe and clean. We were told it was a newly renovated apartment and the location was quiet. Well sure everything was new but the maintenence failed to seal walls correctly so to my dismay we found cockroaches.....ya cockroaches..that had my pregnancy hormones ...a mess. So I had them treat that. Well after I saw less cockroaches we heard my cat playing with something....turns out we had three mice that could crawl under our poorly mounted heaters. OK I'd rather have mice than disease ridden bugs. It doesn't end there, we have every bug under the sun squeeze under our heater. After about a month of that we had water start come through our living room window....because a poorly mounted heater on the third floor blew and flooded the apartment to reveal our walls are falling apart. The apartments did nothing for me except say sorry and hardly clean it up. A few weeks after that our bedroom heater started spraying water all over the floor. Once again they hardly cleaned it. The people above us have an old washing machine connection in which somebody pulled the water lever releasing water through our closet. Apartment maintenance came by and painted over the water marks. The people upstairs also had a cracked pipe in the bathtub which again sent water down our ceiling. This apartment is full of mold and mildew I'm sure. We are not the only ones as I have talked with neighbors who all have cockroaches, some with bed bugs and leaking walls. The rent here increases everytime you renew which is not worth renewing. The apartment owners have a real lack of attention for details causing these beautiful apartments to be a huge dump.
