I think Tyesha is the best property manager ever she is so helpful she literally knows everything about Bella Vista with her only being there less than a year. Our tour with her was amazing she was able to rent to us showing a completely different apartment and location.She's soooooo detailed and spit out so much information without skipping a beat. We are glad to get a property manager that is so nice and has a awesome personality and is really fun can’t wait to attend some of her resident ...

HORRIBLE apartment complex. Mailboxes are broken into daily. The staff (beside the maintenance man) is non existent. We had horrible mold in our bathroom that we had to fix ourselves because the apartment would not take any real action- even with a photo submitted. Also- don't ever try to move out if you're unfortunate enough to start a lease! We paid $350 in deposits and we're just billed $800 for a FULL apartment painting- because of stains they're heater had caused, a full carpet restoration- ...

because of stains they have NO proof of, and a FULL cleaning. When I asked for pictures they sent us one of a wall they claimed was our with the heater stains and one of the bottom of an oven. That's it. Not to mention, we lived here for less than 4 months! This apartment complex wants nothing more than to get every cent they can out of you. Do yourself a favor and run the other way. If I could give it no stars I would.

Don't Waste Your Money

The management is dishonest. They do not follow their own lease and are deliberately vague about charges. The apartment manager has poor business skills. Our neighbors were constantly fighting and blaring music at all hours. They also like to smoke pot and cigarettes in their house which filtered into mine and left my apartment reeking of smoke which triggered asthma attacks in my young daughter. Needless to say we had to move. And they gutted us financially for doing so. Do yourselves a ...

Best view of Mt. Rainier in Tacoma!

I love it here! I never would have imagined that I would be able to afford a nice apartment with such a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier and the city of Tacoma!!The property is well maintained, reasonably priced and the staff is always accessible, friendly and helpful! Best deal ever!!

The price for the size of the apartment is great, covered parking with no fee is great. The ladies in the office are friendly and quick to answer emails. Nice quiet neighborhood, lots of trees in the area. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders; we had problems with out oven/fan and they ended up replacing the entire fan within a few days. No pent rent is great. We live in the lower building, but I can see how living up the hill might be difficult. Narrow streets and limited parking up ...

top could be an issue. They are currently renovating some apartments, we don't live in one but its nice to know they are renovating considering the age of some of the buildings. Overall a great place to live!

I have enjoyed living at the Bella Vista Apartments, located in Tacoma, near Fircrest, Cheney Stadium, Foss High School, for more than 12 years. One of the reasons I chose this particular apartment community was the fact that although centrally located, we do not get much traffic at all from anyone who does not have specific business in our area. We are kind of tucked away, west of Tyler Street. The complex itself is always maintained, with regular grooming by the landscaping crew, Maintenance ...

is always available, we have 24 hr access via email for emergencys (although my biggest emergency was leaving the dome light on in my car, and needing someone to help me jump the battery.) Requests are handled promptly, the staff is always courteous, respectful, and respond in a timely manner to requests and questions. Never an issue with packages being left unattended, the staff will keep them for you in the office until you can come in and pick them up. We have the ability to pay our rent in person, or online, which is very helpful for those of us with super busy schedules. They keep up on routine inspections, and if there are any issues, they make sure to get them addressed right away. Neighbors are friendly, never too pushy, but warm and welcoming. I invite you all to come and check it out! The complex itself is in the process of qualification for upgrade on weatherproofing all external windows, which will not be reflected in any increase in rent - a big plus , especially in the winter, when you want to stay warm and cozy. Come on by! I think you'll agree :)

By far this is the best apartment I have lived in between Tacoma and Federal Way. It's very close to Schools, shopping centers, and I-5. You get free covered parking, all units come with full sized washers and dryers. Really nice layout. Really cool people. If you are looking to move, this place has really good staff and will help you to their best. Keep this place in mind.

Decent apartments, nice location

The apartments are decent, but a bit outdated - appliances and cabinets are old. One major downside is the complex uses a utility billing company and our utilities have almost doubled in less than a year. Otherwise, the location is nice and fairly safe. Maintenance is quick to respond.

Great view and value

I lived here for two years and was very pleased. Very spacious and mostly quiet, with a view of the mountain. They're a little outdated but are very affordable. Pet-friendly too. I'd definitely recommend it.
