Great experience
May 28, 2025We’ve had a great experience with Cadia Myrtle Landing so far. From the start, the rental agent made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. They were responsive, professional, and truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was their flexibility. While we waited for the specific apartment we had our eye on to become available, they worked with us to move units more than once—always making the transition as smooth as ...possible. It’s rare to find that level of accommodation and understanding, and we really appreciated it. Overall, we’ve felt supported and valued as tenants, and we’re thrilled to finally be in the apartment we were hoping for. Evicted mid lease to comply with new parking rules.
February 15, 2025I lived there for four years but middleburg took over and mid lease I was told I could no longer park my motorcycles in front of the home. They made us pay four months rent to break our lease. I had initially moved to myrtle landing specifically because my motorcycles had been damaged at a previous rental by thieves attacking them when they were parked away from the home. Moving my motorcycles was against the agreement I had with previous management and I lost over ten thousand dollars due to the ...constructive eviction and finding a new home. Perfect Place to Call Home!
November 5, 2020Been living here a few months and couldn't be happier! The property itself is beautiful but the staff has been super friendly and welcoming. I love that they are still practicing resident events while taking into consideration social distancing precautions. It has made this tough time, enjoyable while still spending time with everyone virtually or distantly. Every time I have needed anything or had a question, Kristen has gone above and beyond to help me. If you are searching for a place to live ...in Wilmington, RUN, don't stop! Love this place!
November 5, 2020I've been living here at Myrtle Landing Townhomes for almost 8 months now, and I absolutely love it. I relocated to Wilmington after taking a new job, and I'm so glad I found this place. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was something I was not looking forward to. The team here made the transition so smooth and painless, and I can't begin to say how thankful I am for that. The staff/management is amazing - always so helpful and kind. Small, but mighty, I've watched this team navigate difficult ...situations like the pandemic and a hurricane with respect and compassion for their residents. They have been holding virtual resident events and doing everything they can to keep their residents happy and safe during these unprecedented times. The location is perfect - tucked away in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area, while also being just minutes away from everything that Wilmington/Carolina Beach has to offer. The amenities are top-notch, and the grounds are well-maintained and pleasing to the eye, which has made quarantining during COVID-19 a little more bearable. I personally haven't had any issues that would require assistance from the maintenance team, but they are always nearby if you ever need them, ready to hear your concerns and lend a helping hand whenever needed. Nice tucked-away community

Great place to call your home!

Excellent staff and location!
