I have lived in Chateau Calais for about a year and have been happy with my experience so far. These apartments go at a higher rate than many others in Henderson, but they are located in a great part of town and come with unique benefits. My favorite aspects of these apartments are their attached garages with interior steps (meaning you can walk directly into your unit from your garage). ...only heard the neighbors next door a few times. The buildings themselves are much prettier than others I have seen and the grounds are decent, especially if you have pets. My only complaint is that it seems that maintenance of the common areas (gym, pools, paths) has suffered over the last few months. When I first moved in, the complex was very clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, I cannot say I I have been completely satisfied with its condition in recent months. Overall, however, I think this is a great complex if you don't mind paying a little extra for location.
