July 14, 2025I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The experience here has been a nightmare from the beginning. The property is only aesthetically landscaped at the front entrance & the rest of the place is not maintained, grass is high by my patio & bushes not trimmed. They pressure washed my patio & it tore the screen door, when I mentioned they just shrugged. The appliances are cheap, when asked to be fixed, they band aid them if they even fix at all. Expect your utilities to be 4x the ...amt they quote as average for a tenant here on your tour (if you’re in my bldg. at least). The tanning bed advertised w/ the amenities here was “broken” then taken out completely & residents were told “it may be a hot yoga room in replacement”, but it’s just blocked off room now w: no new amenity. The pool had a major ANT issue so negate relaxing in your chair poolside unless you are ok w/ ants stings or your drink covered in ants. Pool bathrooms are locked many times to not be in use for pool guests. The hours of the pool end at 10 pm even on weekends, & the tennis courts are generally full when the weather allows to utilize it, so expect to have an alternate place to enjoy the amenities you are being charged for.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2025Don’t get me wrong. I love my room and the quiet neighborhood. The maintenance guys have an amazing turnaround and management is always willing to help. But I cannot understand the lack of sufficient visitor parking. Every night, there are cars parked on the street between the apartment and Kroger. On the weekends, close to 10 cars are parked out there because there is only 1 visitor parking for the back buildings. Please come up with a solution. Visitor parkings are pretty much only available ...around the leasing office. I can’t invite anyone because I don’t want my guests to walk so far.Property Manager Responded
