Chinoe Creek is a wonderful community and we are very happy living here. Everyone on the management team is amazing, and you can tell they really care about their tenants! It is the only apartment complex we've lived in where I can see how my rent is being used to upkeep and even improve the property.

love the amenities and office staff. Everyone is informative and helpful. If there is a problem within your apartment where maintenance is needed, you can submit a ticket which gets reviewed quickly and maintenance is dispatched in a timely manner. Great updates on your phone about the status of your ticket as well. The complex is very quiet and feels safe to live in. One of the best perks is that there is a shopping complex with a Kroger LITTERALY right across the street. I have on multiple ...
occasions needed an ingredient while cooking and walked across the street and was back within 5 minutes.

One of the most established apartment complexes in Lexington, with great management. Although the apartments can be a bit dated, the basic quality of them far surpass most new builds, especially when it comes to sound proofing. The price of rent is extremely reasonable in comparison to other local apartment complexes with less amenities and in less convenient locations.

If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, KY, you should put Chinoe Creek first on your list. The apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained, with mature trees and many amenities. I have lived here since 2019 with zero complaints. There are always community events being offered, maintenance support (seldom needed) is very responsive, and the neighborhood is delightfully well-established. I highly recommend leasing on an annual basis. You won't ever want to leave!
