Disappointed with my experience
April 10, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comI was hopeful when I moved in, but living here has been frustrating. Despite being a non-smoking building, the smell of cigarette smoke regularly enters my apartment from other units. It’s persistent enough that I’ve had to run multiple air purifiers daily, yet the odor remains. It affects my clothes, furniture, and overall comfort at home. The building is also located near a major highway intersection, and traffic noise is noticeable throughout the day and night, especially during warmer ...months. It can be difficult to get quiet rest with the constant sounds of vehicles nearby. Common areas sometimes feel overlooked — the hallways are often noisy, and the stairwells don’t appear to be regularly monitored or cleaned. These factors have made it hard to feel fully comfortable here. This has been my experience, and I hope improvements are made for future residents.Leer Más
Nice and cozy

No micromanagement either, so you can actually enjoy your home! Sure it’s an older building and could maybe use a facelift, but it’s still a nice quiet roof over my head

The management is on-site and sends someone same day if you have an issue. There are laundry units on each floor that are usually open unless you are doing laundry on a weekend afternoon. Most neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. There is no fitness center or pool. There are a couple parks within a few blocks. This is a great place if you are looking ...for a solid, but not too expensive place to rent. The only reason I left was because I bought a house.Leer Más

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I love that the neighborhood is very residential but I'm only a mile away from all the shopping I need. Did I mention how cute my apartment is?

Things get done in a very timely manner. They are very friendly & caring here. They take an invested interest in those that live here. I absolutely love it here. Great location on a bus line which I need since I don't drive. Unfortunately I may have to move only because I no longer can afford to live here.

August 29, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comEvery day when I come home, I turn off the highway and down the tree lined curvy street to my apartment. In the spring and fall, the trees are amazing! There is the Blaine ice arena and a beautiful park within walking distance. I always tell people that I live underneath the big Blaine water tower off of Hwy 10 but you can't hear the highway since the apartment building is nestled away from it. Cloverleaf also gives residents easy access to the highway, various stores, and restaurants. The ...management at Cloverleaf is very understanding and always helpful. He also does some of the maintenance himself if he knows that he will be on the property that day. The apartment building is kept clean by the caretaker that lives on site. It is a quieter building which is nice to come home to after a hard day at work. It does have a playground out back for kids. And a community garden that is maintained by whoever wants to help out. This is the first apartment that I have had on my own and I couldn't be happier on where I chose to live. I have one out of the three studio apartments which I enjoy. This is a great place to live for someone who works in the cities or just wants to be tucked away from everything but still have close access to the things you need.Leer Más

The apartments where open and spacious. I really like that they have 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartments and that there is no monthly pet fee! I'm very excited to move in to Clover Leaf Park Apartments in June!
