recently purchased groceries. I had maintenance come out several times and simply state I don't know the cause. Contacting the property management gave me no support and stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't do anything to help. A giant leak appeared in my doorway that formed an enormous circle of water. The leak was coming from the water hose connected to the ice maker that was causing the smell in my fridge. Someone came out to fix the leak but ended up creating a giant hole in my wall and leaving their tools with a note they would return later. Over a week went by and no one came. It took several calls for someone to finally come out, weeks after the fact to finish the job. I had my A/C go out several times, a giant wasp nests with 50 wasps at my front door that kept returning even after someone came out to remove it. I had leaks in my dishwater and garbage disposal stop working several times. Also there is poor insulation and several windows that causes the place to heat up quickly and have extremely high electric bills. Upon finally leaving, I was given a list of what needed to be done and potential charges from my deposit. Blinds were not included on this list and I had a pet that had bent and beat up three blinds in the rental throughout the years. I had tried purchasing blinds myself to replace (cost about 15-20 per blind) but the correct sizing was out of stocked and not filled before I needed to move out. I left the blinds assuming that my deposit could easily eat up the cost. I received an invoice that did explain why my deposit didn't cover any charges and was charged 140 dollars for the three blinds to replace. I never had support from the property management and it was always about getting as much money from me even though the place was cheaply designed and poorly managed.
