    I love how convenient Element 12 is to major areas here in Henderson. I have been living here since June 24 and look forward to another year here. When problems happen, the staff is quick about notifying us. With so many apartments opening up this year within 2 miles of us, I want to stay here. Smoke free, it's super quiet, and the property is beautifully maintained. Scott

    This community is a great place to live. The staff are very cordial and professional. The entire community is maintened in an impeccable manner. All of your concerns are very important to them and are handled in a very orofessional way.I had a few maintenace problems upon my move in and the maintenance staff and office personnel handled them immediately.
