Great Staff, Great Place to Live
January 21, 2026I love how convenient Element 12 is to major areas here in Henderson. I have been living here since June 24 and look forward to another year here. When problems happen, the staff is quick about notifying us. With so many apartments opening up this year within 2 miles of us, I want to stay here. The community is welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is fantastic. One of the standout aspects of living here has been the incredible support from our property manager, Candace. She is not only professional but also genuinely cares about the residents. From day one, Candace has been communicative and attentive to our needs—always ready to promptly ...answer questions or address concerns.
