Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT EVEN APPLY HERE!!! Firstly, when I viewed apartments, I was told the apartment I was giving them money for was upgraded exactly like the model. LIE!!! The day after I gave them $250, we went to view the apartment and it was not upgraded like the model. Therefore, I decided to cancel and they told me they would refund me $200 because the $50 app fee is unrefundable, which I understand. It has now been over a MONTH and I still do not have my money!!
...Whenever I called them, they would say they are checking with management and would call me back....NO ONE EVER CALLED. I, then, decided to go to the office. When I get there, it's the SAME excuse. NO ONE HAS EMAILED ME AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO FOLLOW-UP!! As someone who has been in retail store management for 8 years, I can say this is the WORST service I've ever seen. These people are crooks and will do whatever they can to keep your money. I WILL GET MY $200 BACK! PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE
