Lack of Staff/Maintenance
June 12, 2022Staff/Maintenance is actually useless. The MOST they do is deliver whatever memo the “manager” needs to be sent out. Tried several times to get someone to fix my AC unit. They wave their hand in front of the vent to feel a faint breeze and say “it’s working” and leave. Or tell me to close vents in other rooms (I shouldn’t have to be making any sacrifice for cooling?) HORRIBLE PLACE
May 8, 2019If you have any regard to your sanity do not move here. Very horrible place with unprofessional management. They will gladly attempt to take as much money from you as they can while refusing to provide a secure home. I stayed here for a full lease and payed my rent on time each month. The best part of my lease is the day that it was over and they still managed to charge me for things that they still cannot provide any proof for. Your initial tour may be great but this is not a good place to ...live.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
September 30, 2018DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They have a really bad bug problem that they will not fix!! The parking lots are nasty & filled with trash all the time. Raccoons & skunks are always in the trash can & they never do anything to stop them. (Been chased by a raccoon several times coming home) some of the WORST I’ve ever lived in spend your money else where. Only reason I gave a 2 star review is because the rent is a decent price.Property Manager Responded

I would also like to apologize about the raccoons outside; unfortunately, animal control in Little Rock will not remove them. I have requested several times that they get involved here however; they do not participate in raccoon removal. Starting tomorrow we will be using a new pest control company. June 10, 2018I recently just moved from this apartment to a new state! I must say when I first moved in everything went bad. I was at the very bottom, basement but I delt with it. The stove keep burning my food and it took them a while to get to it, after two stoves it worked out. Also my dishwasher water keep coming out, and stopping up. They changed the dishwasher not a new one, so I never used it really because the food keep getting stop up in the back causing a smell. Save yourself the trouble.
July 13, 2016Don't do it. Whatever you're thinking (and I know because I thought it): Don't. They lure you in with below-market prices for large, spacious rooms and recently redone exteriors (I know because they've painted my door 3 times in the last 6 months) - but it's all a mirage. Once you get in you realize the carpets mat up easily, the laminate floor is soft and bendy (pray it never gets wet - ours did and it feels like we're going to fall through to the apartment below us), and the appliances are ...only halfway fixed - enough to hold up for viewings, but one month in and everything breaks down. On that note, maintanence is impossible. The only reason we got our AC fixed was that we threatened to sue. After the fact, they left a huge hole in the ceiling where they had to go through to fix the AC above ours (which was leaking and the reason ours broke to begin with). An entire month later and they still haven't (and probably never will) called the contractor to fix it. In addition, this hole is STILL leaking water. Just save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere. If it's not the AC, it's something else. Just...don't.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
