One location that has this balance down pat is Bang!, a Denver institution serving up cheap, delicious eats for hip young Denverites. If you're looking for tasty Southern cooking, but don't want to break the bank, step right up to have all your culinary needs satisfied. Coming in for dinner, there are options for those seeking smaller or larger plates. Small plates are best for those looking for something lighter, and you have the choice of flash fried calamari in sweet red chili sauce, pan-fried house-made mozzarella, toasted sweet potato bread, barbecued pulled pork, or salad with argula or spinach. For those seeking a bit more muscle to their dinner, you can try one of their large plates, with options such as fried catfish, meatloaf, country friend chicken breast, penne pasta, grilled salmon, even a grilled rib-eye.
