We just moved in to Lerner tower and it’s great place, we love it so far and it has nice view from the balcony, Raquel helped us a lot and she was very nice to us. Great management.

I hate living here! When I first moved in, me and my family had to deal with bed bugs! It took half a year to get rid of those. Then rats and mice.(and yes I said it correctly, RATS) the management and leasing staff are rude and incompetent of doing there jobs. They tried to over charge me on my rent, after I Signed a contract that states a different price. The only good thing I can say is the maintenance staff are pleasant and helpful. They are great living in a apartment building that ...
continuously has water shut offs weekly, things that break every month and office staff that walk in your apartment when you are not home, without your consent, and then will lie and say it was because of a maintenance ticket I put in giving them permission to enter my home! (No, I gave maintenance permission, not the property manager and their staff)This place is a dump. Stay clear of this place because it’s not a good place to live. I’m moving out as soon as my lease is up!

Mice every where in every apartment and bed bugs

I had to move right away the place is invested with mice and few days ago before I move out my next door neighbor came and said the 3rd floor is being treated for bed bugs I called management many times and had to empty all my closets and cabinets and they never show up they rescheduled it with out letting me know so if you can keep looking but not here please please please if you have a baby like I did DO NOT LIVE HERE

They have Mice!

I see a lot of reviews about maintenance and management, although they were not an issue for me. The apartment was very convenient, maintenance was great, the office staff was good and the neighbors were nice. My issue was that there were mice. My personal opinion is that the building is old and there are a lot of people (with various living styles) who live in the building, which is why the mice issue has not been resolved. I will say that when I moved in 2 years ago, there was a roach ...
problem as well, but for the past 6 months, I did not see any. My main issue with this apartment was the mice; they were bold and most times would go around the traps rather than on them. In addition, visitor parking was horrible, but again the area was convenient, so what do you expect? If the mice issue was resolved, I would give these apartments 3 1/2 stars.

Poor Management

We have only been living in this apartment for 7 months and I am counting down the days to move. The management or at least the people in the leasing office are not properly trained. I have had too many maintenance issues with my apartment to include leaking ceilings and rodents. It took too many phone calls and online submissions to get these requests fixed and handled in a timely manner. I would not recommend this apartment.

Convenient

I am enjoying my stay here. Building is accessible to metro, shopping centers, and grocery stores. Can walk almost anywhere. The building is well maintained, kept clean, the grounds are well kept and maintenance has always responded in a timely fashion. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous, and always assist in anyway they can. I plan on being here for a very long time. Terry K, Alexandria, VA

Bad costumer service

My husband and I been living in the morning side tower for about 1year we like the apartment very much and everything been great until my husband decided to sell his car and get new one. The parking sticker been removed and damaged so my husband throw it away, and the plate number been transform form car to another. Until the next day he went to ask for another sticker and they were saying there is no way to get new one unless you get a pice from the old one mistakes happens what the big deal ...
" my husband took my sticker and gave it to them in order to get one for himself " actually they pushed him to do that and push him to take the wrong way why they don't double check with plate number so it will make more sense to make the story short my husband spoke to the manger she was rude not helpful not caring about the satisfaction of the place she works in and not caring about us trying to find anything to get sticker back and is so obvious we are not trying to get extra sticker is the same plate number swear to god" like we will drive two cars with the same plate number " we asked to pay money or any kind of pnalty still she refuse to help based on the contract it says if you lose the parking sticker you pay 50$ still she said no and she almost kicked my husband out

The have the worst manager ever. The whole team is so rude. As soon as you sign up and move in, they will never help you what so ever. They are so unprofessional, I don't know how they hire people like that. They are the rudest people I have ever seen.
