This places is horrible, I would stay away. I put down a deposit and every rent payment on time and try to not bother anyone or damage the apartment. I would consider myself to be a good tenant but that doesn’t matter they are uncourteous, unprofessional, unrespectful and down right shady. I moved in the place was still being worked on I could not use the stove, counter or sink for the first three days because it had fresh paint. I wasn’t really upset I was fine with that but later I came to find
...out later the electric stove has a short and arcs out against the metal case, and the sink leaks. After looking around more I noticed other things wrong, dead bolt doesn’t lock most electrical outlets can’t grip plugs, towel racks missing and after purchasing a lamp because the bed rooms don’t have lights I found out the light switch in one room not only rarely works but it sometimes shocks me when I use it and the dishwasher is missing the spray arm(really? maintenance only need to open it to find that prior to me moving in) . So I wrote most of this down and turned in the paper to the office. Then maintenance just started showing up, waking me up because I work nights. No appointment, no notice nothing I told them twice I need notice but they would not give that or schedule an appointment. Later the extremely unprofessional property manager emails me and has the nerve to tell me they have been trying to schedule an appointment and I lost it on her via email and every email I get back has some line designed just to irritate me more. She should not be the manager of anything she’s had no customer service skills, no professionalism at all. Now just in case I had to figure out who owns the building and all these little fictitious firm names for fyi in case the manager can’t get this squashed and I need to take it to small claims. As for the place itself everything outside sounds like it’s right inside with you, between a permanent window ac and crappy single pane windows. I judged it by the grounds and outside but soon found out how stupid that was of me.
