I've been living at this property for a couple months now, and I feel now is the appropriate time for me to write a review.
I am super pleased with the property and all that it brings. One of the biggest factors that I was mindful of while doing my apartment search was evaluating the staff. Needless to say, they did a very good job.
Tracy B., in particular, took my needs and helped me narrow down my search to a couple units. She was and has been super receptive, understanding, and helpful since
...the moment I toured this property. All the kudos to her. The rest of the staff is just as amazing. The team they have here is the epitome of what property management companies should have if they want to ensure that the tenants are happy.
If you are looking for an apartment and you are reading this (and if you want to get the most out of what you're paying for, with the best staff, a beautiful and clean environment, and EVERYTHING being within a couple minutes' drive) I would recommend you tour Marquis Lakeline Station for yourself. I can go on and on about how happy I am with my decision on choosing this property as my home, but I'm not trying to write a paper here. So I'll leave you with this: 5 STARS, without a doubt!!!
