Communication is HORRIBLE
October 10, 2020I am still trying the grasp the concept of providing potential clients with the ability to apply online and not providing proper follow up phone calls, emails text messages or anything. If this property does not plan on doing any follow ups why provide these services and have people put their important information out there. I applied for this community over 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear from any one. I l have called several times left 4 voicemails and as of 10/10/2020 still no response. August 21, 2020They charge too much and give crappy service. They need to be ashamed. Never again and even the whole new team sucks as well they treat you like garbage. Horrible place
May 9, 2019I have been living at Mill Creek Apartment for about a year, I have been treated unfairly from the water bill situation up until them not abiding buy the lease that they create. I have been bullied with the water bill, it took almost a week for my air condition to be fixed, and it's still not fixed. Me and my girls is still overheated and now I am being bullied to pay the increase of rent starting next month. In the contract it says that the leasing office have to give a 60-day notice stating ...that rent will be increased. I have not received a single notice and they refused to give me one now. But they still want me to pay the rent increase starting next month. If it wasn't for my kids and their well being of their living, I wouldn't renew my lease. August 7, 2018not a great place to live at all the up keep is horrible not worth the money at all. They overcharge you then when you speak to them they tell you it's all apart of the game. Maintenance is lazy they don't keep up the outter appearance of the complex and don't fix issues in your place.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2019Since Ledic Management bought the property in October of 2018 we have made great improvements in the exterior of the property. Our new maintenance team is working diligently to correct work orders that were not completed by previous management. All of the staff takes great pride in our property and the way the residents are treated. We encourage you to speak with us if your issues have not been resolved.
