October 26, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comSadly this apartment complex is going downhill fast. Mailboxes are not secure and doors and gates always broke. Pool green half the time. BBQ doesn't work. Camera's are fake. Management has no reply when asked why these issues can't be fixed in timely manner. They keep raising rent and not fixing anything.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy sister lived in these apartments for a couple years. They are OK, they are dated, a gated community where the gate is usually open, terrible cell reception, along a busy road, and a horrible stink of sewer gas came from the kitchen sinks (pipes had no trap on them). They raised the rent about 10-15% every year she was there and with the housing market in Phoenix they know they can get away with it. They do have a nice pool area and overall it's a nice looking community. Anyhow, my sister ...passed away this spring and we had to deal with the office to close things out for her. The people were very friendly and helpful. My problem with this complex/company is that my sister paid $60-70/mo ($30-35 per cat) nearly the entire time she lived there, over $1600 just in pet fees. When they gave us a breakdown of what was withheld from her security deposit, it included a fee for pet cleaning ($135? I think) and charged us 10% the cost of replacing the crappy carpet that I'm almost certain was not new when she moved in. Yes, her cat damaged it but what is the point of charging a pet fee when they're just going to stick it to you in the end anyway. Just a rip off if you ask me.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

The Management Team from top to bottom went the extra distance to make sure that all of my needs were met in a courteous, professional and exemplary fashion. Not only is the community very well kept, but it is nestled in the mountain preserve and amidst the Point Tapatio Hilton Golf Course. The management team were very accommodating on moving out and I received over 93% of my deposit in return within 2 weeks. WORST PLACE TO LIVE
November 27, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI lived here for 2 years and all i can say is it was horrible. They allow dogs to use the bathroom everywhere and when you walk your door you can step in it. When your appliances break they replace them with more used up appliances. My dryer broke it took 6 months for them to replace with a worse dryer. The gate is always broke, their security is worthless because several cars were broken into. People get drunk and speed through the parking lot and parking is horrible. People park in your ...parking space including the maintenance workers. When I moved out i hired a professional cleaning service only to have the apartment manager Carmen call and threaten me that if I did not pay 700 dollars they would ruin and destroy my credit. You will never get your security deposit back they are petty and rude. I called to report them to their management company and they are no help. Now in the process of filing claim with the States Attorney's office because of deceptive practices. We took pictures and I have had the cleaning service fill out an affidavit showing they cleaned, the date and time with pictures. They are rude rude rude and liars, they will tell you anything to rent an apartment. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

November 4, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comThere are things I do like about this apartment community. It is very quite and serene and the layout of the apartments is unique and homey. But I feel the staff in charge of taking care of these apartments ruins the whole experience for me. When it was time for me to move in my apartment it was not ready in time. The only thing they did to it was clean the carpet. When I moved in the carpet was still wet and I had to ask them to fix over a dozen things. I couldn't even use the toilet because the ...seat was ripped off. All the blinds where broken and badly stained. All the plants around my building by the pool are dead or dying. It's nice I live by the pool but the dead plants makes it kind of depressing. All the appliances are extremely cheap and don't work very well. I feel the rent is way to high for what the quality of the apartments are. The staff that works here seems overwhelmed by there jobs and cares more about having events and free snacks for there residents than taking care of these apartments!!Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

July 6, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comI absolutely loved living at Mirador. I was a resident for approximately one year and had a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located. The office staff was always friendly and any work order that I placed was addressed within 24 hours or less. I sadly moved at the end of my lease due to a new job position on the other side of the valley and have greatly missed having Mirador as my home! I would HIGHLY recommend this community!

There are incredible views of the surrounding golf course and desert mountains. Maintenance and office staff are quick to respond to any questions you may have, and the grounds are well maintained. The apartments are nestled in the middle of a nice and quiet neighborhood with lovely landscaping. The green trees and golf course are a gorgeous setting to the desert backdrop.

August 7, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy apartment is in a gated community. Beautiful houses on mountains around the complex with a golf course up against the grounds. Washer-dryer, big walk in closet, big bathroom with lots and lots of cabinets. Nice kitchen with lots of cabinets and spacious countertops. A huge storage closet outside that I could put a motorcycle in if I wanted to. So much space for lots of things. And a wonderful staff that is very helpful.
