The office manager is always friendly and is willing to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. The property stays maintained and cleaned. November 15, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comApplied got approved and had a move in date.gave the deposit to hold my apartment. The day before I move in I get a call telling me my apartment won’t be ready. I understood that it might be late give 2-3 days(which I was told, you know things happen). I then go to ask them “when will it would be ready? “and they told me they don’t know. They pretty much told me their hands were tied and I was just out back bcus the apartment wasn’t ready. I don’t care what the situation was they knew a month ...ago I was scheduled to move in and they should have been more on top of things. Mind you I’ve already cancelled my prior living situation. Leaving me homeless. Took off of work and planned my life accordingly. The manager Juanita had no compassion and did nothing to rectify the situation. Unprofessional is all I have to say! April 27, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI currently live at Mission College and since I have been here they have extremely kind to me. The court that I live in is peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is always clean. It is about three blocks away from Norfolk State University so it makes it a perfect place for college students to live. It’s is also about 5 minuets away from downtown Norfolk where there are plenty of places to eat and have a good time. I highly recommend them for your first apartmentProperty Manager Responded

March 18, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI just moved into Mission College this week and I can honestly say I LOVE my apartment. The minute I walked through the door it just felt like a home, everything was fixed up well done fresh carpet, fresh walls, big nice windows, dishwasher, and a working AC! And I also love the different amenities that comes with the place pool, club house, gym, and laundry room everything is so nice and clean. But overall I feel much comfortable now inviting people over to my new place and I honestly owe it to ...Ms. Juanita and her staff they all were so sweet and made me feel welcoming!! February 27, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI’m having a wonderful experience with mission college apartments, the manager ms Juanita and her staff, offer a variety of apartments to fit my needs, I recommend any one looking for a nice, clean apartment: to apply at mission college. The staff is also great ! They are well influenced in helping cator to your needs, they also have handicap units , and 2-3-4 bedroom/ townhomes.
