walked my unit and said the carpet does need to be changed but that she couldn't make me any promises because it was out of her hands. she called me 2 weeks later and said it was approved for new flooring. I appreciate her because I wasn't going to renew my lease because I had been trying for so long to get some things done in my carpet. I recommend mobley park for anyone that is looking for comfortable living. as long as Cynthia is here I will stay.

The garbage area was constantly overflowing with trash. The children and trashy residents threw their trash wherever it was convenient for them. The parking lot normally has trash all over as residents throw their garbage in the parking lot. Weekly, notifications are received on your door stating management/maintenance or some other company will be entering your home for inspections. These notices are placed a day prior giving you no notice really. Our apartment was infested with termites. The OLD Management hired a company that that sent a 19 year old kid out with a can of bug spray to try and resolve the issue. My husband had to terminate himself because management because the can of bug spray obviously didn't fix the problem. During the summer with the big storms our roof would leak. We asked management several times to clean the gutters as they were clogged. We expressed our roof and patios were flooding due to this issue. My husband had to climb on the roof during a storm to clean them and prevent flooding in our home as maintenance never came to fix. Lawn care company was mowing and a rock busted out our window. We contacted emergency maintenance and it took management 3 days to fix. We addressed our concern especially since this window faced the street where homeless people were constantly and a lot of traffic went by. Several months we paid rent online only for the apartment complex to say they never received our payment. We received eviction notifications stating our rent was never paid. When issues were addressed with management they claimed they didn't even know there was a website where rent could be paid online disputing that we had never paid them. We had physically show them THEIR website and where the payment was made. This happened several times each resulting in eviction notifications and then management apologizing for the error on their part.
