    Great amenities and concierge team, nice units, good location. Unimpressed by the leasing and management team to problem solve issues for the rate that is paid to live at this building.

    My partner and I have lived at Moment for a month now. The location of the building is perfect, and the apartment has been fantastic. The building is clean, quiet, and has amazing amenities that we have enjoyed using thus far. Everyone has been beyond welcoming and kind.     Needs new management. Parking garage elevator down for 6 months besides all the elevators not working properly.

      Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the elevator incident. A small electrical fire occurred in one of our stairwells, and due to the Fire and Life Safety equipment we have in place, the sprinklers were activated. This resulted in water entering three elevator shafts, causing them to be impacted. We are glad to report that no one was injured, and no resident homes were affected by this unfortunate event. With prompt and diligent response from our team and vendors, three elevators are now up and running. Our senior management team is working round the clock with the most experienced technicians and engineers in the industry to ensure that the other two elevators are fully functional soon. We have been updating our residents regularly regarding the status of the repairs and are on standby to assist whenever there is an emergency.
