Needs new management. Parking garage elevator down for 6 months besides all the elevators not working properly.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the elevator incident. A small electrical fire occurred in one of our stairwells, and due to the Fire and Life Safety equipment we have in place, the sprinklers were activated. This resulted in water entering three elevator shafts, causing them to be impacted. We are glad to report that no one was injured, and no resident homes were affected by this unfortunate event. With prompt and diligent response from our team and vendors, three elevators are now up and running. Our senior management team is working round the clock with the most experienced technicians and engineers in the industry to ensure that the other two elevators are fully functional soon. We have been updating our residents regularly regarding the status of the repairs and are on standby to assist whenever there is an emergency. I have been living in moment for 2 years. My dog and I absolutely love this very dog friendly building and all the amazing, friendly and professional staff here including management team, front desk and maintenance. Highly recommend!!
