My little family enjoyed this hidden Gem! It is very affordable considering its location, Roseville. At first you might be concerned about the proximity to the freeway, but we never once heard it. Every evening around 8-9 we would hear the train horn, but it was pretty cool because it wasn't overwhelming. The pool was a perfect addition in the 100+ weather days. ...wrong in the apartment or on the grounds her and her team act quickly to correct it. I notified Debbie that the lights in the evening were poorly lit and it made my wife uncomfortable to walk in the evenings. The next morning, 5am, Debbie walked the property and tagged all the lights that weren't working and had a company out to fix them the next day! We were in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and it was perfect for a small family of 3 with a small dog. The gym and other facilities were always well kept. They aren't the largest facilities, but I never had an issue with using them and it being crowded. If we didn't buy a home, we would still be living here!
