My favorite place
April 14, 2025I lived at Somerset Hills for almost 7 years. Only reason I moved was because I found a house. Everything about these apartments made it hard to leave. The grounds are immaculate, the pool area is always clean, the management very friendly and personable, when something broke, it was fixed immediately. It's tucked back far enough that I always felt safe living alone as a female. If you are even considering a move here, do it. I guarantee you will not regret itReview from Apartments.com
Great complex
January 30, 2025I lived here for 12 years and honestly it’s great complex. It’s very quiet. The landscaping is beautiful with creeks running throughout the complex. The top floors have high vaulted ceilings in the living room that make it feel large. The management is fantastic and the Maintance is top notch. They are extremely responsive to requests you won’t be waiting long. It’s located in a great stop right off 1-80 but you don’t hear the freeway noise. Long-Term Resident - Great Place to Live!
October 1, 2024I have lived at Somersett Hills for over nine years. It was to be a transition home post-divorce to a more permanent residence, but the conditions here made it easy to extend my lease for several years. I like that the complex is smaller and quiet. The residents are friendly and respectful of others. Many of them have also lived here for several years, which I believe is a testament to how well the complex is managed. The grounds are well maintained and issues are promptly addressed and ...resolved as soon as possible. Deborah and Raul have been wonderful to work with and are very responsive to my questions and requests. March 5, 2024This is the absolute best apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. It’s clean, quiet and has beautiful scenery all throughout. Management and maintenance deserve 10 stars. Fantastic Place to Live !
June 28, 2023I have lived here for 7 months and absolutely love it! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My home is roomy and comfortable. My neighbors are nice and friendly. It's very quiet here, and I feel safe. I especially want to compliment the management here. Deborah and Danni are are wonderful. They are a delight to work with and respond promptly to any issues that arise. They are warm and welcoming and truly care that you are happy living here. Then there's Raol. He is responsible for ...performing maintenance on the property and is also a delight. He's fast with his repairs and always does a great job with a smile. I highly recommend Somersett Hills. Nice Quiet Complex
June 15, 2023Lived here for 3 years. Dani and Debbie in the office were great. Maintenance was also pretty speedy and I never had any issues getting stuff fixed. They do have some odd rules regarding animals--they are only allowed to potty in specific areas so if you have a pet make sure you get an apartment near the grassy parts. Parking was never an issue for me and we had two cars but I know if you are towards the middle of the complex its harder to find a space. May 25, 2023By far the BEST apartment experience I’ve had in my 30 years of renting. Deborah and Dani truly care about the tenants here. Moving is stressful and they made it easy and comfortable. They made me feel so welcomed from the start. Not only are they great people but the apartments are nice! and the grounds are beautiful, clean and peaceful. Quiet, Safe, Beautiful Grounds

We love the quite area, the inside of our 2 bedroom is spacious and newly updated, and the surrounding area is convenient (freeway entrance is 2 min, grocery store 5 min, gas 2 min, etc.). Perfect little spot for our FAMILY
June 4, 2020My little family enjoyed this hidden Gem! It is very affordable considering its location, Roseville. At first you might be concerned about the proximity to the freeway, but we never once heard it. Every evening around 8-9 we would hear the train horn, but it was pretty cool because it wasn't overwhelming. The pool was a perfect addition in the 100+ weather days. Debbie, The Community Director, is constantly on top of her vendors to ensure the property is well kept and functioning. When things go ...wrong in the apartment or on the grounds her and her team act quickly to correct it. I notified Debbie that the lights in the evening were poorly lit and it made my wife uncomfortable to walk in the evenings. The next morning, 5am, Debbie walked the property and tagged all the lights that weren't working and had a company out to fix them the next day! We were in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and it was perfect for a small family of 3 with a small dog. The gym and other facilities were always well kept. They aren't the largest facilities, but I never had an issue with using them and it being crowded. If we didn't buy a home, we would still be living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
