LIVE HERE IT'S AWESOME
March 30, 2021I absolutely love this apartment complex! Sylvanna is seriously so amazing in apartment management because she always answers emails quickly, and the maintenance team is the best I have ever seen. There are so many pluses to living here: + Easy/abundant street parking (street sweeping is only on 1st and 3rd Thursdays) + Maintenance is quick + super nice - one time I put in a request and they were at my door 30 mins later and fixed it within 10 mins! + Sylvanna is super fast at anything that ...needs management eyes + Close to the beach & freeway (without the noise) + Tons of food/shops close by + Spacious apartments with lots of storage + pets are welcomeProperty Manager Responded

Great for Pets and Military Families
March 24, 2021Shadow Ridge Apartments is perfect for military families and families with pets. It's close to base and a variety of stores and restaurants. It's quick to freeways which make traveling around the area really nice! They have a dog park within the complex with agility training equipment. The staff are all so nice and accommodating and they make sure that you're taken care of. The apartments are a little dated, so 4/5 stars instead of 5/5.Property Manager Responded

Just renewed for another year!
March 23, 2021My husband and I have been living our apartment for a year and we just renewed our lease. We love how central the location is and is very accessible to the freeway while still being fairly quiet. Since living here we have adopted a puppy and she loves the dog park and all of the neighborhood pups. We can ALWAYS find parking for both us and our guests which is very convenient. The Apartments are very spacious and newly renovated and were exactly what we were looking for in a first home. Treat you like Family!
March 24, 2021We have been living here at Shadow Ridge now for 3 months now and is has been; "Prefect!" We moved from our home of 5 years in Arizona and were very nervous to make the transition to apartment living. Sylvanna, Tim, and the rest of the management has made us feel like family! Parking Disaster
July 6, 2017Parking has become a huge issue at Shadowridge if you own more than 1 vehicle. 2 bedrooms only get 1 covered spot. They continue to add reserved spots and are now threating to tow if you park in a non designated reserved spot overnight. I was instructed to park in the boneyard where I've had my car broken into already. So I was forced out to the street to collect parking tickets. In the mean time, visitors are welcome to park in any open spots. Not cool at all.Reseña de Apartments.com
