I absolutely love this apartment complex! Sylvanna is seriously so amazing in apartment management because she always answers emails quickly, and the maintenance team is the best I have ever seen.
There are so many pluses to living here:
+ Easy/abundant street parking (street sweeping is only on 1st and 3rd Thursdays)
+ Maintenance is quick + super nice - one time I put in a request and they were at my door 30 mins later and fixed it within 10 mins!
+ Sylvanna is super fast at anything that ...

+ Close to the beach & freeway (without the noise)

Great for Pets and Military Families

Shadow Ridge Apartments is perfect for military families and families with pets. It's close to base and a variety of stores and restaurants. It's quick to freeways which make traveling around the area really nice! They have a dog park within the complex with agility training equipment. The staff are all so nice and accommodating and they make sure that you're taken care of. The apartments are a little dated, so 4/5 stars instead of 5/5.

My husband and I have been living our apartment for a year and we just renewed our lease. We love how central the location is and is very accessible to the freeway while still being fairly quiet. Since living here we have adopted a puppy and she loves the dog park and all of the neighborhood pups. We can ALWAYS find parking for both us and our guests which is very convenient. Parking Disaster

Parking has become a huge issue at Shadowridge if you own more than 1 vehicle. 2 bedrooms only get 1 covered spot. They continue to add reserved spots and are now threating to tow if you park in a non designated reserved spot overnight. I was instructed to park in the boneyard where I've had my car broken into already.
So I was forced out to the street to collect parking tickets. In the mean time, visitors are welcome to park in any open spots. Not cool at all.
