Water invasion The problem has NOT been fixed. Had a friend go check while it was raining and it’s flooded inside apartment.

The property was highly recommended by a friend while I was looking for an apartment for my mother. The property manager was very professional and available to answer all the questions I had. The place is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community in Riverview Florida.

Customer service was stupendous

I have never experienced customer service to this level, the property manager was very nice and very professional she helped with the process to the last Second. If I remember correctly her name was Vanessa, she was a beautiful spirit inside and out. She made everything so easy we flew right though everything. We would recommend this property to everyone we know.

Terrible Management

This new management that took over at the end of 2021 has been nothing but awful. They never answer the phone or call back. They never answer emails. They completely ignore service requests. But they have no problem sending out very rude emails on an almost daily basis.

Poor quality place to live
April 20, 2020
So this place has gone through 3 different management companies, and each one is getting worse. Renovations are being done, at an alarming rate, but all are aesthetic. None really make a difference to the apartments. Management is slow to respond to ANY, or all emails. I have a lot of trouble getting an answer. The best way to contact them is to take a day off from work, otherwise, good luck getting there by 5:30ish (supposed to close at 06:00 PM). Maintenance takes days to resolve issues ...
which are submitted early on in the week. Laundry mat is poor and has issues (I have had to request refunds multiple times). Lights have been more installed in some places (after a reported break-in).

Peacefully and so natural and New Renovation

I moved here a few weeks ago, and it’s so peaceful and everything is new I Love it! And my dog loves it too. I have told my friends about it and they visit me more since it’s so quiet and Maria in the office is wonderful. My family is relocating and now they will be closer to me . I would recommend everyone to move here. It sits back away from the noisy traffic, it’s a must do and will don’t have to worry about anyone over your head. Peace is where it’s at HERE.

Grand Oak Apartments

It's a great place to live! The rent is reasonable and the staff is wonderful. I have not had any problems while living here. The only drawback I can come up with is the parking is lacking, but I'm willing to walk 20 - 30 more feet. Quite neighbors!
