May 12, 2023I love it here at San Tan Village. All of the girls in he office are so kind, always speaking to me when I am walking by the office with a smile on their face. I feel very safe at San Tan and I love the energy. The maintenance guys are also very friendly. If they see you out and about, they always speak to me with a smile on their face. December 2, 2022I have had the most absolute positive experience from applying for my apartment, moving in, maintenance concerns, etc. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The hallways and amenity areas are always kept clean. Definately worth the price for what you get. Not Impressed
September 7, 2022The leasing office people are great but they have their hands tied. Clearly they are not getting enough money from Greystar (Property Management "Solutions") to hire the personnel that they need. Dog poop containers are overflowing to the point where people are now stacking it all over the ground at the base of the bins. Garbage can by the barbeques is overflowing and the "maintenance" crew walks by it on the daily. Pool chairs are filthy and have bird droppings on them. This place might be ...dialed in after a couple years but right now they are understaffed and it obvious!Property Manager Responded
