I love it here at San Tan Village. All of the girls in he office are so kind, always speaking to me when I am walking by the office with a smile on their face. I feel very safe at San Tan and I love the energy. The maintenance guys are also very friendly. If they see you out and about, they always speak to me with a smile on their face. The property is always kept very clean in all areas.

We moved from Illinois and have been here about a week. The staff has been so helpful and are super friendly. Our apartment looked just as we expected it to. We have enjoyed every amenity and look forward to using the pool come summer. Would highly recommend living here!

I have had the most absolute positive experience from applying for my apartment, moving in, maintenance concerns, etc. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The hallways and amenity areas are always kept clean. Definately worth the price for what you get. This is truly a Luxury Apartment Residence from the Roof Top to the Club House, The Pool, and the Gym. Love It Here!

This place is by far the nicest, luxurious apartment complex in the gilbert area. I am blown away from the excellent customer service that I received during my tour. Cherie was attention to detail, very attentive and listened to all of my needs. If you are looking for a place to live, Soltra is exactly where you need to be.

Service has gone down hill. Maintenance is poor here. Nothing gets repaired. Lights outside haven't been fixed And reported multiple times.

Great location for commuting out of the east valley! The San Tan Village provides a quick escape to entertainment & eateries! A nice wide-open parking lot makes for easy parking and allows for 'Move-In Day' maneuvering/unloading

Soltra’s leasing staff and maintenance crew are always super friendly and willing to help, and I can’t always count on them to make things right, and do it with a smile! :) The amenities are lovely, the units are spacious, and the residents are super friendly. The leasing office people are great but they have their hands tied. Clearly they are not getting enough money from Greystar (Property Management "Solutions") to hire the personnel that they need. Dog poop containers are overflowing to the point where people are now stacking it all over the ground at the base of the bins. Garbage can by the barbeques is overflowing and the "maintenance" crew walks by it on the daily. Pool chairs are filthy and have bird droppings on them. This place might be ...

dialed in after a couple years but right now they are understaffed and it obvious!
